Please note these are approximate delivery times.
If you are ordering from within the Republic Of Ireland - Delivery is free. An Post tell us your goods should have next day delivery if ordered before 2 pm Monday to Friday. Occasionally delivery can take up to 3 working days.
Ordering from the Northern Ireland and the United Kindgom you can expect your package to be at your door in 2-5 working days - the delivery charge is €5.
We post to all European Countries, your delivery should reach you within 3-6 working days. The basic postage charge is €12 for all parcels weighing up to 1Kg, with an additional cost of €3 for every further Kg.

We dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you personally to inform you.
We use An Post - www.anpost.ie for all of our deliveries.
Where we use a courier company, a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not at home when your purchases are being delivered, the An Post will leave you a calling card.
If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original unworn condition within 10 working days of receipt of the goods. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges unless the item is faulty in which case we will refund the delivery charge on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us .
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Additional non-returnable items:
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
In the interest of hygiene items must be in the original wrapping and not soiled damaged , smell of perfume or smoke and have no make up on them. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to Don Racine ,Castle Street, Castlebar, Co Mayo, IE F23RP40
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
This returns policy applies only to goods bought online, goods brought instore are subject to store returns policy.
